Drug War Has Failed...Officially


Secretary of State Clinton declares "We fucked up"

This is really refreshing. Let's just hope that the federal government does the right thing now and decriminalizes most drugs.

    I am glad someone that high in government said something like that...hopefully it will be the start to some change.
